About Digi Girlies Guild
Digi Girlies Guild is a gender inclusive nonprofit organization in Ghana which is dedicated to equipping teenage girls across the country with digital knowledge and skills, and holistic development programs to close the gender gap in technology and to redefine the future of technology in Ghana and beyond. Digi Girlies Guild was founded by Miss Gabriella Afrane Adjei in November 2024 and was officially launched on 1st May 2025.

Our mission is to equip less privileged teenage girls through mentorship, education, and holistic development programs with in-demand digital skills and knowledge to bridge the gender gap in technology and produce the next generation of female tech experts.
Our vision is to create a future where every girl has the knowledge, skills and access to opportunities to lead and innovate in the field of technology.
Our long-term goal is to bridge the digital gender gap in Africa by equipping thousands of less privileged teenage girls with relevant digital knowledge, skills, mentorship, leadership training, and personal development. Thus, empowering them to become confident innovators, technology leaders, and changemakers who will shape the digital economy of Ghana and beyond over the next decade.
