In Ghana, countless brilliant young girls dream of exploring technology (building apps, solving problems, and changing their communities.) However, these young girls who have the passion to create and innovate in technology, lacks the golden opportunity to be trained with the required knowledge and skills due to financial incapacity. At Digi Girlies Guild, we believe talent has no gender and no economic class. That’s why we identify, train, mentor, and support under-resourced girls across Ghana equipping them with digital skills, knowledge and the tools to lead in the tech space. This program pairs each digi learner with a dedicated mentor who offers personalized guidance, encouragement and career advice in the tech space and beyond.

A practical and skill-based program where digi learners get real time experience in using digital tools under professional supervision and guidance. It equips the learners with in-demand digital skills.

This program focuses on self development of digi learners. It aims to educate them on how to grow in self awareness, confidence and how to live a balanced purpose-driven life. This program seeks to groom girls to develop a growth and responsible mindset.

This program equips digi learners with essential interpersonal and communication skills required to thrive in both tech space and real world environment.

6. Public Impact Program

This program is specially designed to extend the guild's influence beyond the girls we train, directly touching the lives of parents, teachers, school leaders, community elders, and the general public. Through these outreach and advocacy efforts, we aim to build a supportive environment where every girl feels encouraged to dream big, learn digital skills, and lead boldly with the full backing of her society.

Digi Girlies Guild Takes Digital Empowerment to Weweso M/A JHS

Digi Girlies Guild is stepping into a new chapter, one filled with purpose, growth, and impact. On May 30, 2025, we are visiting Weweso M/A JHS, located in Amangoase, Kentinkrono-Kumasi, to reach young girls who are ready to dream bigger and learn boldly.

This outreach marks our second major project, and we’re combining two important conversations: menstrual hygiene and digital opportunity.

Digital Literacy Workshop

Our theme says it all:
”Educating Teenage Girls on the Importance of Digitalization and Related Career Opportunities.”

For many teenage girls, access to information on digital careers is limited. Some have never seen a computer up close, and others believe technology is reserved for boys. Digi Girlies Guild was created to break that mindset to show girls that tech has a seat for them too.

During this special visit, we’ll be leading a Digital Literacy Workshop where girls will learn how digital tools shape the world around them.
